St. Patrick's Day in the USA

Kind of a choppy photo/video mix up of my St. Patrick's Day. I finally took some time to visit the American Jazz Museum www.americanjazzmuseum.com and the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum www.nlbm.com which are both in the historic 18th & Vine district of Kansas City, Missouri. (neither museum allowed pictures to be taken.) The music portions of this video are from Danny's Big Easy. The spanish portion at the end is Tv news coverage of the Chicago St. Patrick's Day celebration (with green food coloring in the river).

This is of course a dramatization so we don't know if these actual events happened but since it is a movie we have to take this with a grain of salt. This starred Jake Mcdorman as Philip Markoff and Agnes Bruckner as Megan McAllister. It's sad about what happened to him though..i mean we all know what he did was terrible but there must've been something wrong with him before he did it and he just didn't get the help he needed. Especially when he suicided and of course seeing it in this setting it makes it more upsetting that his life turned upside down with what he did and his marriage broke apart because of it...i thought the 2 actors did a good job with re-telling the events though

Luca & Acorn make an appeance, Zion was hanging around too, proberlly cuzing out in the shade somewhere. The incar audio is a little out of sync. It's still a pretty good buget HD cam though.

The choir is located at the left and right of the stage. The president of the World Parliament (the conductor) has an own microphone, as do the tubular bells which sound as signals at selected moments of the work. In the middle of the stage hang at least 4 microphones amplifiying the choir soloists who walk there for singing their solo parts. This set-up explains why the voices of the president and the choir soloists often tower above the voices of the choir. The bell sounds, and numerous individual voices recite, in German speechsong, key and cliché words for a discussion of the World Parliament about love, creating at times a very dense texture. All voices sustain their speechsong on a single pitch, making the whol! e scene a texturally intricate, but musically stern sermon. After some time, the bell sounds again and all voices collectively change to another pitch. In this whole initial phase of the work, the shifting of voices against each other is amazing, as are the changes in density of texture and the surges in volume. The addition of the sound from ticking (electronic) metronomes brought in by each choir singer except the tenors, with each metronome set at a different tempo, gives the whole scene a strange but ...

From a tATu fanpage about this song: In 1998, Alexander Voitinsky began a music project with a friend of his Ivan Shapovalov. They held an audition by the little money and found Lena Katina, a member of kids band Neposedy, a daughter of famous composer Sergey Katin. They had only a little money and their project didn't easily progress. In March 1999, NATO began to bomb Yugoslavia, where Voitinsky's brothers and sisters lived in her capital Belgrade. And they were killed by bombings. Out of this tragedy, Voitinsky made a song. The song, named Yugoslavia, were sung by Lena Katina. After that, the initiative of the project was taken by Shapovalov. He made a groupe consists of Lena Katina and her friend Yulia Volkova. The group was named TATU and TATU made great success. On the other hand Voitinsky left the project. Voitinsky's Yugoslavia became a phantom song. However, after the successes of TATU, an interview with Voitinsky was broadcasted and Yugoslavia was used as the backgr! ound music. Yugoslavia, quite different from TATU's image, was the song that moves people.

Grab the DK Barrel and break it to reveal the next Kong character. After getting the "K" letter, you'll see a Kritter. Between 2 Kritters on cliffs, you'll get a banana bunch. You'll next see Klumps. Their hides look hard so a jump attack by Diddy won't affect them. Hit the Star Barrel and you can continue at that point whenever you lose a lif! e.
