Series Description: Centre for Infrastructure Development launches initiative to develop a series of Harvard-style case studies on megaproject leadership and governance focused on critical interlocks in the lifecycle of Crossrail, London2012, and BAA Heathrow T2. The series will be accompanied with focused interviews with Sir John Armitt, Chairman at the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA); Sir David Higgins, ODA Chief Executive; Alison Nimmo, CBE, ODA Director of Design and Regeneration; Steven Morgan, BAA Capital Director; and Andy Mitchell, Programme Director at Crossrail.
